As soon as the shot is released, the (O)s attempt to crash the boards to get an offensive rebound. The (X)s clear out the opposite (O)s. The (X)s then crash the boards to get the rebound. If the (X)s get the rebound, the players switch roles. If the (O)s get the rebound, the drill is repeated with the players in the same roles.

The players switch positions after a preset number of shots.
